About Me
Attorney Christian Myer is recognized throughout the State of Florida as an experienced and respected personal injury attorney. In 2016, he partnered with Jesse Berkowitz to form Berkowitz & Myer, in their charge to form a civil litigation trial firm in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Mr. Myer focuses his entire practice on civil trial law, from premise liability, negligent security, and wrongful death, to brain and spine injury cases, including first party insurance disputes in the area of fire loss.
Christian Myer has been recognized by his peers in the personal injury field, being awarded the prestigious Super Lawyer award in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
This award for “Rising Stars” is bestowed on no more than 2.5 percent of all attorneys.
In addition to his many recognitions, Christian Myer has been an adjunct professor at Stetson College of Law in their award-winning Trial Advocacy program for the last 5 years.
He lectured for Stafford CLE Webinars for “Jury Selection in Personal Injury Litigation: Connecting with today’s jury pool” in 2015 and was a regular guest legal analyst on 102.5 FM’s “Spice Boy Show”.
Graduating from Stetson College of Law in 2003, Mr. Myer received his Juris Doctor with a Concentration in Advocacy. Mr. Myer has maintained deep community ties with the St. Petersburg area since moving here over 35 years ago.
Mr. Myer was the previous director for the non-profit 4th Street Boxing Club and also was a fight promoter for Fight Night Production in Tampa, Florida.
