About Me
Kimberly Smith is a personal injury attorney in Colorado. She covers many types of personal injury cases including car accidents, product injuries, dog bit injuries, trucking accidents, and wrongful death.
Kimberly Smith graduated from the University of Denver School of Law with a Certificate in Constitutional Rights and Remedies. In her third year of law school, Kimberly had the honor and privilege of representing the University of Denver as an advocate on their ABA National Appellate Advocacy Team. Kimberly also worked as an advocate in the University of Denver’s Civil Rights Clinic.
While in law school, Kimberly was an editor on the University of Denver Law Review, as well as an active board member on the National Women Law Students’ Organization and the Public Interest Law Group. In her first year, she won the Outstanding Advocate award for her efforts in the moot court competition.
Prior to law school, Kimberly completed a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and English Literature at Concordia University and her Master’s degree in Comparative Literature at California State University, Fullerton. While at Cal State Fullerton, she held several leadership positions in literary societies.
Before joining Zinda & Davis, Kimberly clerked for Killmer, Lane, and Newman and the Honorable Robert McGahey. Kimberly is a passionate advocate who enjoys leading clients through the legal process as a veracious advocate. In her spare time, she enjoys Lindy Hop, soccer, board games, and spending time with her wonderful husband, Kyle, family, and friends.
