About Me
Richard E. Yaskin graduated from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden in 1981 and since 1995 has been a solo practitioner representing individual employees and executives in employment counseling, negotiations and litigation. Representation ranges from negotiation of an enhanced severance to pursuing state and federal court litigation. Mr. Yaskin is a long time member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (Nela) and current Vice President and Program co-chair of its New Jersey Nela chapter. He has been selected to New Jersey Super Lawyers list – 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 for “Employment Litigation: Plaintiff”, received a 2015 AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell and a 10.00 peer ranking at www.avvo.com. He serves as South Jersey Executive Director for the Sidney Reitman Employment Law Inn of Court.
