About Me
Caroline A. Gilchrist is a partner at Baker & Gilchrist, a plaintiffs' medical malpractice and personal injury law firm in Avon, Indiana, that serves clients statewide. Ms. Gilchrist is an experienced litigator whose primary focus is handling medical malpractice claims. This experience has included cases of birth injury resulting from negligent care, delayed diagnosis or misdiagnosis of cancer, wrongful death claims, vascular surgery malpractice, retained foreign bodies, nursing home negligence and surgical errors, to name a few.
