About Me
Anthony J. Vecchio, of the Law Office of Anthony J. Vecchio, LLC, is an accomplished attorney dedicated to representing individuals who have been injured or charged with a criminal offense. Mr. Vecchio represents clients all throughout New Jersey, including Middlesex, Somerset, Hudson, Union, Morris, Essex, Sussex, Warren, Hunterdon and Mercer counties.
Throughout his career, Mr. Vecchio has helped clients to reduce or eliminate charges such as assault, drug possession, DWI/DUI, harassment, disorderly conduct and various forms of theft. He has also helped individuals recover compensation after they were injured in a variety of types of cases, including accidents, medical malpractice, dog attacks and crimes.
After receiving his bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, Mr. Vecchio went on to earn his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. Before entering private practice, Mr. Vecchio worked as a legal intern for the Office of the Camden County Prosecutor and an investigation intern for the New Jersey's Office of the Public Defender.
Today, Mr. Vecchio is admitted to practice in the state courts of both New Jersey and New York, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is also a member of the Camden County Bar Association, the Monmouth Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers' Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Other professional organizations that Mr. Vecchio belongs to include the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice and the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey.
Mr. Vecchio's outstanding work on behalf of his clients has not gone unnoticed. In 2013, he was listed among the country's top 100 trial lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers.
