About Me
For more than 15 years, Bill D. Hicks has been practicing law throughout the state of Texas. Before beginning in private practice, Judge Hicks worked as an Assistant District Attorney, a State District Court Judge, a federal prosecutor and a special prosecutor for the Narcotics Task Force. This experience both behind the bench and as a prosecutor has given Judge Hicks an extensive knowledge of Texas law, which helps his current family law and criminal defense clients.
